Our lightest peel, appropriate for first-time peel patients or patients with mild skin imperfections that are looking for brighter, more radiant skin.

What is the ILLUMINIZE Peel used for?
To diminish the appearance of mild skin imperfections, fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, and of pigmentary irregularities.

How often can treatments be done?
Treatments can be repeated every 2 weeks until desired results are achieved. A series of three or more peels recommended.

Is there any downtime?
There is no downtime with little or no visible peeling. Occasionally, some patients may have very minor flaking 3-4 days after the procedure. 4-5 days after procedure you may resume the regular use of retinol, and alpha-hydroxy acids products.

SkinMedica VITALIZE Peel

A deeper peel than Illuminize Peel. It is suitable for all skin types with mild to moderate skin imperfections. It improves texture/tone, reduces pore size, increases hydration and moisture retention

What is the VITALIZE Peel used for?
It reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, and melasma. It produces predictable and noticeable result with minimal downtime.

How often can treatments be done?
Treatments can be repeated every 3-4 weeks. A series of 3 to 6 peels recommended.

Is there any downtime?
Skin may be tight until it starts to peel. Peeling will generally start between 48-72 hours after the procedure and can last 2 to 5 days. Moisturizer should be reapplied more frequently to control the peeling.
After peeling process is completed you may resume your regular use of retinol, and alpha-hydroxy acids products.
