For HRT Patients:
If you are scheduling a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) consultation, please note that your initial visit includes your comprehensive consultation and lab work completed over two visits. Click the link below to view full program pricing and details.
A $50 deposit is required at the time of scheduling and will be applied towards the full consultation fee. The deposit is non-refundable for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.

Please Note:
- There is currently a waiting list for new Hormone Replacement services; please let us know that you’d like to be contacted as soon as a patient opening is available.
- There is a $50 fee for consultations (excludes HRT consults – pricing for initial HRT consults and labs are provided separately upon scheduling). The fee can be applied to treatments purchased.
- Please use the Pay Now button below for payment of your consultation, then select an appointment time by booking above.
- Non-payment will result in cancellation of your consultation.
- There is no refund of the $50 for no-shows or late cancellations.
- Late cancellations are <48 hours before the scheduled consultation (time of online cancellation are automatically noted).
- Cancellation of Monday consults need to be made by the proceeding Friday morning.
- Treatments/procedures require a deposit for scheduling
- All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred towards payment for an alternate procedure at the clinic at the clinic’s discretion.
